PAYMENTS: We accept PayPal, Personal Check and Money Order. PayPal payments ship within 24 hours. Personal Checks must clear our bank before shipment. Money order payments ship two days after payment arrives. 
 
SHIPPING:We will combine shipping so combine your purchases and SAVE! These shipping costs are for JEWELRY ITEMS ONLY! Shipping for NON-JEWELRY items will be stated in the item description. 
 
INSIDE U.S. SHIPPING: US shipping via USPS priority insured Mail. 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping via USPS Priority International Mail. Insured items will be required to pay duty, you decide. 
SHIPPING TERMS ARE FIRM. We will get the packages out quick so you get your item as fast as possible!!
 
HOURS OF OPERATION: We are shipping and answering emails M-F 9am-5pm EDT. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Emails sent to us outside of our normal business hours will be answered on the next business day in the order that they were received. Thank you for looking!!
 
RETURNS: Returns will only be accepted within 7 days for any item that is not authentic as described. A letter from an authorized reseller is required.
Returns, IF AUTHORIZED, for ANY OTHER REASON, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
